In your role as Teamlead IT Operations Manager (f/m/d), you ensure smooth IT operations providing best-in-class processes and tools for envelio to support our growth and enable the transition to a full-hybrid organization. You will be part of our IT team’s mission to provide value for the company through a customer-centric and automation-first approach. As basis, you’ll find a modern tech-stack and the room to try new and innovative solutions - with a steep learning curve ahead.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You are responsible for the IT Operations function and represent your team in cross-functional collaboration
You lead, develop and enable a team of currently 2 full-time team members and are responsible for further hiring within your team
You run our internal server and network infrastructure ensuring availability and integrity
You create the workspace for our users to be successful be it in our office or remotely across the world
You develop our application landscape based on seamless integration and an automation-first approach
You provide first-class enabling processes such as our IT helpdesk, user manuals, and trainings for the organization
You ensure high standards of IT security in line with our ISO 27001 information security policies
You develop our IT partner strategy to ensure access to critical resources, know-how and services

What you need to succeed

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role incl. people leadership
You master different expectations, deadlines and requirements and feel comfortable in managing different stakeholders
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical people, both verbally and in writing
You are goal-driven and like to use data to look for growth opportunities
Entrepreneurial and hands-on spirit in optimizing and introducing new processes, tools and structures for continuous improvement
Fluency in both English (C1) and German (B2) is required for this role

In deiner Rolle als Teamlead IT Operations Manager (w/m/d) sorgst du für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb, indem du Best-in-Class-Prozesse und -Tools für envelio bereitstellst, um unser Wachstum zu unterstützen und den Übergang zu einer Full-Hybrid-Organisation zu ermöglichen. Du bist Teil der Mission unseres IT-Teams, durch einen kundenzentrierten und automatisierungsorientierten Ansatz einen Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen. Als Grundlage findest du einen modernen Tech-Stack und den Raum, neue und innovative Lösungen auszuprobieren - mit einer steilen Lernkurve vor dir.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich

Du bist verantwortlich für den Bereich IT Operations und vertrittst dein Team in der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
Du leitest, entwickelst und befähigst ein Team von derzeit 2 Vollzeitmitarbeitern und bist für die Einstellung weiterer Mitarbeiter innerhalb deines Teams verantwortlich
Du betreibst unsere interne Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur und stellst deren Verfügbarkeit und Integrität sicher
Du gestaltest den Arbeitsbereich für unsere Mitarbeiter, damit diese erfolgreich arbeiten können, sei es in unserem Büro oder an einem anderen Ort auf der Welt
Du entwickelst unsere Anwendungslandschaft auf der Grundlage einer nahtlosen Integration und eines Automation-First-Ansatzes
Du sorgst für erstklassige Unterstützungsprozesse wie unseren IT-Helpdesk, Benutzerhandbücher und Trainings für unser Unternehmen
Du sorgst für hohe IT-Sicherheitsstandards in Übereinstimmung mit unseren ISO 27001 Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien
Du entwickelst unsere IT-Partnerstrategie, um den Zugang zu wichtigen Ressourcen, Know-how und Services sicherzustellen

Das bringst du mit

Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, einschließlich Mitarbeiterführung
Du bewältigst unterschiedliche Erwartungen, Fristen und Anforderungen und fühlst dich wohl im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Ideen sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich an nichttechnische Personen zu vermitteln
Du bist zielorientiert und nutzt gerne Daten, um nach Wachstumsmöglichkeiten zu suchen
Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität bei der Optimierung und Einführung neuer Prozesse, Tools und Strukturen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (B2) sind für diese Stelle erforderlich
