As Team Lead Product Management (w/m/d) for our Tech Tribe with currently four development teams (squads), you will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of our backend-related products (eg. data integration, electrotechnical solvers, data hub) and platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers and Product Managers Innovation who ensure that our solutions are robust, scalable and future-proof. Together with the Team Lead Product Management in the Business Tribe and in close collaboration with the Design Director and Engineering Director, you will ensure the smooth and targeted further development of our product across all our development teams. With your technical understanding and knowledge of the energy industry, you will ensure the innovative strength of our products and their long-term orientation in the interests of our customers and the industry.

• You will lead and develop a growing team of Product Managers and Product Managers Innovation, promote personal and professional development and ensure a motivated, productive team dynamic.
• Together with the Product Leadership and your team, you define the product roadmap for our backend-oriented squads, ensure that the strategy is aligned with the company's goals and identify market trends and new opportunities in the energy industry.
• You are a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth communication between product management, engineering and other departments.
• You help to ensure that our product always addresses the requirements of our customers and partners in the energy industry and continuously identify potential for improvement.
• You are responsible for implementing agile methods in the product management process to ensure fast and efficient development.
• You have a basic knowledge of electrical engineering and an understanding of the challenges and requirements in the energy industry, especially in relation to power grids and their digitalisation. You understand the technical requirements for backend systems and are able to make complex relationships understandable and prioritise technical and product-related challenges.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in product management or in the implementation of agile projects, ideally in the field of software development. You also have experience in setting up complex organisations and their processes.
• You have basic knowledge of electrical engineering and are familiar with agile development processes in the software sector.
• You have a basic understanding of the energy industry and are familiar with the key challenges of integrating renewable energies, grid expansion and management and the digitalisation of electricity grids.
• You have already successfully led a team and are experienced in building and developing highly motivated, high-performing teams.
• You are able to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely and present them convincingly.
• You are characterised by a data-driven and solution-oriented way of working.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
