Deine Rolle

Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im People & Organization Team unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere Employer Brand sowie unsere Kultur und Werte zielgruppenspezifisch zu transportieren und damit unsere Recruitingaktivitäten voran zu bringen.

Im Team verfolgen wir die gemeinsame Mission, eine angenehme und zuverlässige Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen. Für uns stehen Vertrauen und ein offener und wertschätzender Umgang im Fokus. Je nach Interesse und Profil übernimmst du Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Recruiting, Employer Branding & Personalentwicklung.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

Du hast die Möglichkeit Projekte eigenverantwortlich auszuarbeiten und zu steuern: von Employer Branding über Personalentwicklung bis hin zu (Tech)-Recruiting
Du gestaltest unsere Candidate Journey aktiv mit und unterstützt im Bereich Talent Acquisition
Du unterstützt projektbasiert bei unterschiedlichsten Themen wie: Learning & Development, Organisationsentwicklung, New Work, Mindfulness & Mental Health sowie bei der Team- und Führungskräfteentwicklung und der strategischen Umsetzung unserer OKRs
Du übernimmst operative Aufgaben wie bspw. das Erstellen Stellenanzeigen, Social Media Posts sowie von Dokumenten

Dein Profil

Du befindest dich in einem Bachelor- oder Master-Studiengang der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie, Personalmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Du konntest bestenfalls bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalentwicklung oder im Bereich Recruiting sammeln
Dein Herz schlägt für People- und Organisationsthemen
Lernbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative machen deinen Arbeitsstil aus
Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten und bist souverän in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch

Your Role

As a working student (f/m/d) in the People & Organization team, you will support us in conveying our employer brand as well as our culture and values in a target group-specific way and thus advance our recruiting activities. As a team, we pursue the common mission of creating a pleasant and reliable working environment. For us, the focus is on trust and an open and appreciative approach.

How You Make an Impact

You have the opportunity to develop and manage projects on your own responsibility: from employer branding and personnel development to (tech-) recruiting
You will actively shape our candidate journey and support in the area of Talent Acquisition
You will provide project-based support on a wide range of topics such as: Learning & Development, Organizational Development, New Work, Mindfulness & Mental Health as well as team and leadership development and the strategic implementation of our OKRs
You will take on operational tasks such as creating job advertisements, social media posts and documents

Your Profile

You are in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business psychology, psychology, human resources management or a comparable field of study
You have already gained some practical experience in personnel development or recruiting
Your heart beats for people and organization topics
A willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative characterize your working style
You have a confident manner and are able to communicate in German and English
