Deine Rolle

Als IT Projektmanager(w/m/d) im Platform/Operations Bereich trägst du dazu bei, unser Produkt auf die nächste Ebene zu bringen. In einem Team mit anderen Kolleg:innen arbeitest du an den Umgebungen, die sowohl dem Rest des Unternehmens ermöglicht, Mehrwert zu liefern, als auch den Betrieb unserer Kundensysteme sicherstellt. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Wartbarkeit. Du wirst abteilungsübergreifend mit Ingenieuren, Customer Success Managern und Sales Managern zusammenarbeiten, um die Benutzererfahrung zu verbessern.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

Gemeinsam mit deinem Squad verantwortest du den Betrieb
- der Infrastruktur, die insbesondere unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Engineering für die Softwareentwicklung nutzen.
- der Kubernetes-Umgebungen, auf denen unsere Softwarelösung bei unseren Kunden betrieben wird
Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung dieser Umgebungen voran, u.a. basierend auf
- den Anforderungen unseres Produkts, der IGP,
- regulatorischen Vorgaben,
- und den Bedürfnissen interner und externer Kunden.
Da der Betrieb und damit auch die Wartung unserer Umgebungen ebenfalls Teil der Squad-Tätigkeit ist, stellst du sicher, dass die Prozesse im Squad effektiv sind und sich an bewährten IT Standards orientieren.
Du unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Bereichen wie Sales bei technischen Kundenanfragen. Egal ob per E-Mail oder im Meeting – du sorgst dafür, dass sie sich sicher und gut informiert fühlen.
Als Tech-Duo verantwortest du, zusammen mit deinem Engineering Manager, die Prioritäten deines Squads. Du stellst sicher, dass mittels agiler Prinzipien eine kontinuierliche Wertschöpfung erzielt wird.

Dein Profil

Perfektion ist ein Mythos! Viel mehr interessiert uns der Mensch hinter dem Bildschirm. Diese Kriterien sind also eher als Orientierungshilfe für dich gedacht. Wir sind gespannt, wie deine individuellen Fähigkeiten zu uns passen.

Du besitzt mindestens einen sehr guten Bachelor-Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, einem verwandten Studiengang oder bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung als IT-Projektmanager:in oder Softwareentwickler:in mit.
Du bringst Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement mit und verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich.
Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen und verstehst, wie diese auf den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen angewendet werden können.
Idealerweise sind dir Security-Themen wie CIS Benchmarks oder OWASP vertraut, und du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich gesammelt. Darüber hinaus bringst du Kenntnisse und bestenfalls Erfahrung im Platform- oder DevOps Bereich mit.
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Remote-Bereitstellung von Software in On-Premise und Cloud Setups, z.B. mit Microsoft Azure, sowie Basis-Kenntnisse von Kubernetes.
Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (Level C1/C2)

Your Role

As an IT Project Manager(f/m/d)in the Platform/Operations area, you will help take our product to the next level. In a team with other colleagues, you will work on the environments that both enable the rest of the company to deliver value and ensure the operation of our customer systems. The focus is on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. You will work across departments with engineers, customer success managers, and sales managers to improve the user experience.

How You Make an Impact

Together with your squad, you are responsible for operations
- of the infrastructure that our engineering colleagues use for software development
- of the Kubernetes environments on which our software solution runs for our customers
You drive the continuous development of these environments, based on
- the requirements of our product, the IGP
- regulatory requirements
- and the needs of internal and external customers
Since operation and maintenance of our environments is also part of the squad's activities, you ensure that the processes in the squad are effective and align with proven IT standards
You support colleagues from areas such as Sales with technical customer inquiries. Whether by email or in meetings - you ensure they feel confident and well-informed
As a tech duo, together with your Engineering Manager, you are responsible for your squad's priorities. You ensure continuous value creation through agile principles

Your Profile

Perfection is a myth! We’re more interested in the human behind the screen, so think of these criteria as helpful directions — we're excited to see how your unique skills might fit in.

You have at least a very good bachelor's degree or comparable qualification in (Business) Computer Science, a related field of study, or bring relevant professional experience as an IT project manager or software developer
You have experience in product or project management and have at least two years of professional experience in this field
You have knowledge of ITIL processes and understand how these can be applied to the operation and further development of IT systems
Ideally, you are familiar with security topics such as CIS Benchmarks or OWASP, and have practical experience in this area. Additionally, you bring knowledge and experience in the platform or DevOps areas
You have a good understanding of remote software deployment in on-premise and cloud setups, e.g., with Microsoft Azure, as well as basic knowledge of Kubernetes
You speak fluent German and English (Level C1/C2)
