Your Role
As an IT Project Manager with a focus on Release Management, you play a central role in the successful, smooth, and regular delivery of our software solutions. You coordinate release processes across teams, ensure that releases are executed on schedule, with quality assurance and transparency, and continuously develop our release strategy.
In doing so, you work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and other stakeholders – making a significant contribution to the reliability and scalability of our platform.
Your Profile
Perfection is a myth! We’re more interested in the human behind the screen, so think of these criteria as helpful directions — we're excited to see how your unique skills might fit in.
- You have a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification – or bring relevant professional experience in release, project, or product management.
- You have at least two years of experience in IT project management or software development – ideally in the context of agile software delivery.
- You bring a deep understanding of release processes – including planning, testing, change management, and deployment.
- You’re familiar with both on-premise and cloud infrastructures – e.g., Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Ideally, you have experience with DevOps practices and continuous delivery.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and communicate clearly – in both German and English (C1/C2 level).
