Your Role
In your role, you will work closely with our Marketing Team. You will have the opportunity to work independently on a wide range of topics, supporting the development of our company along with a highly motivated team. You will work with various teams across departments, e.g. Sales, Design or People & Organization.
How You Make an Impact
- You will help manage our Instagram channel, develop English content, create targeted posts for our audiences and run Instagram ads
- You will create image and video content for our posts – from conceptualization through capture to editing
- You will research current developments and trends in our market segment to quickly respond to new content opportunities
- You will assist in planning and implementing events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer events - including the creation of event landing pages and mailings in Hubspot
- You will actively support event preparation and execution at our Cologne office
- You will qualify inbound leads
Your Profile

- You are fluent in both written and verbal English and German, with particular emphasis on written communication
- You have a good feel for language, imagery, and trends, and enjoy developing creative social media formats - whether stories, reels, or posts
- You can easily break down technical and complex content into clear and understandable messages for different target audiences
- You enjoy working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and structure your work in a goal-oriented manner
- Ideally, you already have experience working with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, InDesign or XD
- You live in Cologne or the surrounding area and are willing to come to the office regularly for event preparations and show no hesitation with customer contact at our events
- You have an interest in topics related to the energy transition.
- You already have experience with tools like Asana, Meta Business Suite and a good sense for creating and editing videos
