Deine Rolle

Als Business Analyst:in bei envelio bist du Teil des Business Analytics Teams, das datengetriebene Entscheidungen im gesamten Unternehmen ermöglicht.

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Daten, Strategie und operativem Geschäft; entwickelst Dashboards, führst Analysen durch und gestaltest skalierbare Datenprodukte, die Teams wie Sales, Customer Success, Finance und Product unterstützen.

Deine Arbeit trägt dazu bei, eine intelligente Analytics-Infrastruktur aufzubauen, zentrale KPIs bereitzustellen und strategische Initiativen wie Internationalisierung, Wachstum und Performance-Steuerung datenbasiert zu begleiten.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

Du entwickelst unsere zentrale Analytics-Datenbasis weiter, integrierst Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen und gestaltest eine strukturierte, dokumentierte und skalierbare Datenarchitektur
Du überwachst und verbesserst gemeinsam mit dem Business Analytics Team unsere Datenpipelines, dbt-Modelle und Dokumentation, um eine hohe Datenqualität sicherzustellen
Du führst strukturierte, wirkungsorientierte Analysen durch, z. B. zur Unterstützung strategischer Projekte wie der Internationalisierung oder als Grundlage für Management-Entscheidungen
Du agierst als Analytics-Partner:in für verschiedene Fachbereiche – übersetzt Geschäftsanforderungen in Datenmodelle und KPIs und leitest daraus verwertbare Erkenntnisse ab
Du konzipierst und pflegst Tableau-Dashboards, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen und Best Practices im Umgang mit Daten im Unternehmen zu fördern
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Analytics-Prozesse und Data Governance weiterentwickeln können, um Business Analytics als zentrale Steuerungsfunktion zu stärken

Dein Profil

3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence oder vergleichbaren datengetriebenen Rollen, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Tech-Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Datenmodellierung (vorzugsweise mit dbt)
Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Tableau oder ähnlichen Reporting-Plattformen
Analytisches Denkvermögen, Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Kommunikations- & Stakeholder-Fähigkeiten
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

Your Role

As a Business Analyst at envelio, you are part of the Business Analytics Team that empowers data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.

You work at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations; developing dashboards, conducting analyses, and building scalable data products that support teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.

Your work helps to build a reliable analytics infrastructure, deliver KPIs, and provide data-based insights into strategic initiatives such as international expansion, and performance management.

How You Make an Impact

Develop our central analytics data base, integrating data from various sources and building a structured, documented, and scalable data architecture
Monitor and enhance our data pipelines, dbt models, and documentation together with the Business Analytics Team to ensure high data quality
Conduct structured and impact-oriented analyses, e.g. supporting strategic projects or management decision-making
Act as an analytics partner for business functions such as Sales, Finance, or Product – translating business needs into data models and KPIs and deriving actionable insights
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and promote best practices in working with data across the company
Contribute your own ideas on how to improve our analytics processes and data governance to strengthen Business Analytics as a central steering function

Your Profile

3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar data-driven roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling (preferably with dbt)
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
Analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in German and English
