Your Role
As a Product Operations Manager (all genders) at envelio, you ensure that our product organization stays on a scalable path with clarity, efficiency, and consistency. You build and operate the operational foundation so that Product Managers can focus on customers, the market, and the product. In close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales, you help create measurable value for our customers while achieving our business goals.
Your Profile

- You have professional experience or relevant internships in Product Operations, Product or Project Management in a B2B/SaaS environment, ideally in a regulated market or the energy industry.
- You have strong process and systems thinking with the drive to build and continuously improve scalable workflows and standards.
- You have solid experience in building KPI systems, reporting, and product analytics, as well as in collaborating with data and engineering teams. Knowledge of common analytics and observability tools is a plus.
- You confidently manage stakeholders in complex projects, including tender processes and contract-bound milestones.
- You have excellent communication skills, a structured way of working, and high standards for documentation and knowledge management.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
