Your Role
You are passionate about people topics and are eager to identify and attract new talent. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to the growth and development of a scaling clean tech company. The fast-moving changes in the (tech) talent market and in the working world in general are an exciting challenge for you. We are looking for a parental leave coverage.

Your Profile

- You have experience in tech recruiting and active sourcing
- You have successfully completed your studies, e.g., in Business or Humanities, or a comparable education program
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- You convince with your open and appreciative communication, empathy, and team spirit
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
