About Working at envelio
Your Role
As a Working Student in Tutorial Creation & Customer Training, you develop and continuously improve customer-facing training materials that clearly explain how our complex software works. In close collaboration with our Customer Success Managers, you create concise “How-to” videos, manage their publication on Vimeo, and coordinate with our Language team to ensure availability in three or more languages. Additionally, you enhance our documentation by implementing interactive click guides to provide a seamless, self-guided learning experience for our customers.
How You Make an Impact
- You develop and improve training materials for our customers and explain how our complex software works
- Together with our Customer Success Managers, you create short “how-to” videos and upload/manage them on Vimeo
- In collaboration with our Language Department, you ensure that the “how-to” videos are available in three or more languages
- You implement click guides within our documentation
Your Profile
Perfection is a myth! We’re more interested in the human behind the screen, so think of these criteria as helpful directions — we're excited to see how your unique skills might fit in.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communication, Communication Design, Media Management, or a comparable field, or you have completed vocational training as a media designer or in a related profession
- You are confident communicating fluently in both German and English
- You manage projects reliably and implement them in a structured manner
- You are familiar with Camtasia or other video editing tools
- You are confident in using MS Office applications
- You have a strong interest in the energy sector and are eager to grow within an open-minded team
