Your Role
As Team Lead Product Management for Grid Operation, currently comprising six team members, you will take responsibility for the strategic direction and ongoing development of our solutions in this area. You will lead a team of Product Managers and a Staff Product Manager, enabling grid operators to operate their low- and medium-voltage grids safely, transparently, and with increasing levels of automation. You will take an end-to-end approach to workflows across applications – from grid planning through system control to grid operations – and collaborate closely with the entire leadership team in our Tech organization. Drawing on your technical expertise and knowledge of grid operations, you will ensure that our products remain innovative and aligned with our customers’ long-term needs, particularly those of distribution system operators across Europe.
How You Make an Impact
Leadership Responsibilities

- Team Organization: You improve workflows and processes and collaborate closely with other tribes, particularly the Planning and Grid Hub tribes.
Functional Responsibilities

- End-to-End & Customer Focus: You align product development with end-to-end grid operator workflows and customer needs, and support revenue-critical customer projects.
- Agile Product Development & AI: Together with the leadership team, you evolve agile ways of working and leverage new opportunities offered by AI in software development.
- Regulatory Compliance & Technical Expertise: You contribute your understanding of grid operations and technical interdependencies, incorporating regulatory requirements, critical infrastructure protection requirements (KRITIS), and IT security into the strategy and roadmap from an early stage.
- Stakeholder Management: You bring together internal and external stakeholders and ensure close alignment between Product Management, Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.
