Als Product Manager (w/m/d) bei envelio bist du motiviert unser Produkt auf ein neues Level zu bringen. Im Rahmen der Mission deines Teams trägst du in dieser Rolle die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Verbesserung unseres Produktes. Du arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend mit Designer:innen, Entwickler:innen und Customer Success Manager:innen zusammen, um die User Experience unserer Kundinnen und Kunden zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich
  • Du entwickelst ein vertieftes Verständnis für die IGP von envelio, den Markt sowie unsere Nutzer:innen und deren Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen in ihren täglichen Arbeitsabläufen. Die Onboarding-Phase wird im Rahmen unseres Traineeship-Programms durch alle einbezogenen Teams unterstützt
  • Du lernst ein komplexes B2B-Produkt innerhalb des Marktes für erneuerbare Energien und Stromnetze kennen und bist in der Lage, nach den Anforderungen der Stakeholder zu priorisieren
  • Du verstehst, dass manche Stakeholder, wie z.B. Key Accounts, Kund:innen in neuen Märkten, vertragsorientierte Kund:innen sowie der Tender-Prozess besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordern
  • Du analysierst das Feedback der Stakeholder systematisch und richtest gemeinsam mit unseren Product Ownern die Roadmap aus
  • Du reduzierst komplexe Nutzerbedürfnisse auf das Wesentliche und verfasst in Zusammenarbeit mit den Product Ownern klare Produktanforderungen
  • Du steuerst die Erwartungen deiner Hauptstakeholder und behälst den Überblick über verschiedene Timelines in einer projektartigen Umgebung, bist in deiner Arbeit aber geprägt von den Methodiken der Produktentwicklung
  • Du verwaltest die Delivery in einem agilen Setting mit den Product Ownern für alle Kanban-Aktivitäten
Das bringst du mit
  • Du hast ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technischem Management oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet abgeschlossen
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im (SaaS-) Produktmanagement als Product Manager, Product Owner oder Entwickler:in und/oder hast mindestens 3 Jahre Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
  • Du bist mit dem Energiesektor vertraut und hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Feld
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du verstehst, was es heißt, Prozesse zu ownen und hast eine eigenständige sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dein Arbeitsstil ist außerdem geprägt von einer kreativen wie auch strukturierten Denkweise
  • Du bist mit den modernen Best Practices für Product Manager:innen und/oder Projektmanagement vertraut und hast bereits mit cross-funktionalen Teams in einem agilen und/oder projekt-orientierten Umfeld gearbeitet

The role

As Product Manager (f/m/d) at envelio your are eager to push our product to the next level. In this role, you have end-to-end responsibility for improving our product within your team’s mission. You will work across departments with Designers, Engineers and Customer Success Managers to improve the user experience for our customers.
Your tasks and responsibilities
  • You develop a deep understanding of envelio’s IGP, the market as well as our customers, their needs and challenges within their daily workflows; this onboarding phase will be supported by our Traineeship Program in collaboration with all related teams in the company
  • You understand a complex B2B-product within the market of renewable energies and electrical grids, and you can prioritize according to the stakeholders’ needs
  • You understand the need of “stakeholders that need special attention” such as key customers, customers in new markets, contract-driven customers and the tender process and ordered developments
  • You systematically analyze and prioritize the feedback of your stakeholders and align the roadmap together with our Product Owners
  • You break down complex user needs and write clear specifications product requirements in collaboration with the Product Owners
  • You manage your key stakeholders’ expectations and timelines in a project-like environment, while keeping a product development driven way of working
  • You manage product delivery in an agile setting together with the Product Owners for all Kanban activities
What you need to succeed
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Management or an equivalent field of study
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in (SaaS) product management as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Software Engineering  and/or you have at least 3 years of experience in project management
  • You are familiar with the energy industry and have at least 3 years of professional experience in this field
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and your affinity to work autonomously in a result-oriented way is clearly pronounced
  • Your working style is characterized by an analytical and structured way of thinking
  • You are proficient in modern best practices for product managers and/or project management, including working with empowered, cross-functional teams in an agile and/or  project-oriented environment
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate the whole team
