Deine Rolle
Als Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Reise unserer Kunden (Customer Journey) mit envelio vom Onboarding über die produktive Nutzung und die gesamte Dauer der Zusammenarbeit. Wir begleiten unsere Kunden langfristig und zuverlässig mit dem Ziel einen größtmöglichen Erfolg in der Nutzung unserer Lösungen herzustellen. 

Dazu entwickelst du im Team die verschiedenen Interaktions-Formate (z.B. Trainings, Webinare, Workshops) und leitest die Kunden durch die Customer Journey. Durch die Analyse von Kennzahlen zur Nutzung und Zufriedenheit hast du die Übersicht über den Erfolg der Kunden mit unseren Lösungen und leitest, wenn sinnvoll, proaktiv Maßnahmen ab.

 

Wie du etwas bewirkst
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die Customer Journey und setzt diese mit unseren Kunden um, um sie möglichst effizient zur produktiven Nutzung unserer Lösungen zu bringen. 
  • Du betreust im Team gemeinsam mit den anderen Customer Success Managern die Kunden über unser CRM-Tool und bist erster Kontakt bei Anfragen zum Onboarding oder der Lösungsanwendung.  
  • Du koordinierst die Bearbeitung der Anfragen und leitest die notwendigen Schritte in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden ein
  • In Abstimmung mit dem Project Delivery Team führst du bei Bedarf zusätzliche kundenspezifische Workshops durch, um ein erfolgreiches Onboarding in der Anwendung unserer Lösungen zu gewährleisten
  • Du erfasst und analysierst Kennzahlen zum Kundennutzen und zur Zufriedenheit und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen für den größtmöglichen Kundenerfolg ab

Dein Profil
Perfektion ist ein Mythos! Viel mehr interessiert uns der Mensch hinter dem Bildschirm. Diese Kriterien sind also eher als Orientierungshilfe für dich gedacht. Wir sind gespannt, wie deine individuellen Fähigkeiten zu uns passen.

  • Dein Studium hast du in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fach abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse zu Planung und Betrieb elektrischer Netze oder der Integration elektrischer Anlagen und setzt dein Wissen über die dabei bestehenden energiewirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge gezielt ein
  • Du bringst bereits berufliche Erfahrung mit direktem Kundenkontakt mit und begeisterst dich dafür, beständige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen 
  • Optimalerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich technisches Consulting, Customer Success Management, Key Account Management oder verwandten Feldern im B2B-Kontext
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen (C2 Niveau) in Wort und Schrift

Your Role
We accompany our customers on a long-term and reliable basis in order to create the greatest possible benefit in the use of our software. In a team with other Customer Success Managers, you will support our customers in using our software independently and profitably. In your role, you will act as interface and play a key role in the overall product development process.   
How You Make an Impact
  • You are responsible for customer onboarding in pilot and rollout projects in close cooperation with our Customer Implementation Team   
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and act as the interface between them and internal stakeholders from the Product and Sales departments  
  • You collect and analyze key figures on customer value and customer satisfaction  
  • Through regular dialog with the customer, you identify and record the greatest challenges and potential for improvement in the technical and business processes   
  • You advise customers on the further development of their business processes with the help of our software  
  • You define individual success criteria and thus specifically address customer needs and requirements  
  • You train customers in the use of the software, give webinars and address use cases  
Your Profile
Perfection is a myth! We’re more interested in the human behind the screen, so think of these criteria as helpful directions — we're excited to see how your unique skills might fit in.

  • You have completed your studies in electrical engineering, power engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject  
  • You have knowledge of (the planning and operation of) electrical grids or the integration of electrical systems and can apply your knowledge of the current energy industry interrelationships in a targeted manner  
  • You have already attained first experience in independent project work with direct customer contact and are enthusiastic about building up and maintaining long-term customer relationships  
  • Ideally, you already have experience in customer success management, key account management or related fields in the B2B context  
  • You have the ability to represent the customer perspective internally and ensure that customer feedback is heard  
  • You confidently meet the challenge of balancing customer needs with internal structures and corporate culture  
  • You are business fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus, but not a must)
