Deine Rolle
Als Product Operations Manager (all genders) bei envelio sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Produktorganisation mit Klarheit, Effizienz und Konsistenz auf Skalierungskurs bleibt. Du baust und betreibst die operativen Grundlagen, damit Product Manager:innen sich auf Kund:innen, Markt und das Produkt fokussieren können. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Finance und Sales trägst du dazu bei, messbare Mehrwerte für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zu schaffen und unsere geschäftlichen Ziele zu erreichen.
Wie du etwas bewirkst
  • Du definierst, optimierst und standardisierst produktübergreifende Prozesse wie Roadmap‑Planung, Discovery‑ und Delivery‑Frameworks sowie Release‑Management und stellst deren nachhaltige Verankerung sicher.
  • Du etablierst ein konsistentes Produkt‑KPI‑Set, Reporting‑Standards und Dashboards und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team belastbare daten-basierte Produkt‑Insights.
  • Du übernimmst die Projekt‑Administration als operatives Rückgrat: von Terminierung, Dokumentation und Berichten über die Einhaltung von Qualitäts‑ und Compliance‑Vorgaben bis zur Koordination von Abnahmen sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Finance für eine milestone‑basierte Rechnungsstellung.
  • Du unterstützt und professionalisierst Ausschreibungen: von der strukturierten Anforderungsaufnahme und Angebotskalkulation über Fristen‑ und Compliance‑Management bis hin zu klaren Übergaben an Sales, Legal und Finance. Du etablierst wiederverwendbare Templates, Checklisten und schlanke Abstimmungsprozesse.
  • Du förderst Wissensaustausch und Dokumentationsstandards, stellst strukturierte Kommunikation rund um Produktinformationen (z. B. IGP‑Dokumentation, Release Notes) sicher und unterstützt interne sowie externe Produkt‑Formate wie Roadmap‑Updates.
  • Du ermöglichst reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produkt, Engineering und weiteren Funktionen und setzt Impulse, damit etablierte Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich gepflegt und verbessert werden.

  • Berufserfahrung oder relevante Praktika in Product Operations, Produkt‑ oder Projektmanagement in einem B2B‑/SaaS‑Umfeld, idealerweise in einem regulierten Markt oder der Energiebranche.
  • Starkes Prozess‑ und Systemdenken mit dem Drive, skalierbare Abläufe und Standards aufzubauen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau von KPI‑Systemen, Reporting und Produkt‑Analytics sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Daten‑ und Engineering‑Teams. Kenntnisse gängiger Analytics‑ und Observability‑Stacks sind ein Plus.
  • Souveräne Steuerung von Stakeholdern in komplexen Vorhaben inklusive Angebots‑/Ausschreibungsprozessen und vertragsgebundenen Meilensteinen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch bei Dokumentation und Wissensmanagement.
  • Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your Role
As a Product Operations Manager (all genders) at envelio, you ensure that our product organization stays on a scalable path with clarity, efficiency, and consistency. You build and operate the operational foundation so that Product Managers can focus on customers, the market, and the product. In close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales, you help create measurable value for our customers while achieving our business goals.
How You Make an Impact
  • You define, optimize, and standardize all product related processes such as roadmap planning, discovery and delivery frameworks, and release management, ensuring their sustainable implementation.
  • You establish a consistent product KPI set, reporting standards, and dashboards, and develop reliable data-driven product insights together with the team.
  • You take over project administration as the operational backbone: from scheduling, documentation, and reporting to ensuring quality and compliance requirements are met, coordinating approvals, and collaborating with Finance for milestone-based invoicing.
  • You support and professionalize tender processes: from structured requirement gathering and offer calculation to deadline and compliance management, and clear handovers to Sales, Legal, and Finance. You establish reusable templates, checklists, and streamlined coordination processes.
  • You foster knowledge exchange and documentation standards, ensure structured communication around product information (e.g., IGP documentation, release notes), and support internal and external product formats such as roadmap updates.
  • You enable smooth collaboration between Product, Engineering, and other functions, and set impulses to continuously maintain and improve established ways of working.
Your Profile

  • You have professional experience or relevant internships in Product Operations, Product or Project Management in a B2B/SaaS environment, ideally in a regulated market or the energy industry.
  • You have strong process and systems thinking with the drive to build and continuously improve scalable workflows and standards.
  • You have solid experience in building KPI systems, reporting, and product analytics, as well as in collaborating with data and engineering teams. Knowledge of common analytics and observability tools is a plus.
  • You confidently manage stakeholders in complex projects, including tender processes and contract-bound milestones.
  • You have excellent communication skills, a structured way of working, and high standards for documentation and knowledge management.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
